TRANS AND QUEER PEOPLE SAY FUCK ICE
Pure evil doesn’t have fangs or horns. Real life violent creeps are here, in SF, assaulting and abducting people off our streets. As if there were not enough scary white men in our city, we’re now dealing with an influx of so-called immigration officers stalking our neighbors. While no one is illegal on stolen land, trans and queer people are disproportionately harmed by their terror.

Trans people are held longer in ICE custody
“TNB people spent on average 2-7 times longer in immigration detention than cisgender people.” (Williams Institute UCLA 2022)
trump administration stopped abuse protections and statistics reporting for transgender detainees
“Since 2015, detention facilities had to take into account the gender identity of trans migrants…ICE has [now] begun excluding congressionally mandated data on transgender people from its biweekly statistical reports” (Advocate 2025) as a result of one of the first executive orders trump signed to combat “gender ideology extremism”
Many trans detainees report verbal, physical and sexual abuse, and denial of medical treatment and gender identity
“…a systemic pattern of victimization that includes physical and sexual assault, long-term solitary confinement, being forced to board in sex offender detention, as well as the denial of lifesaving gender-affirming services.” (NIJC 2024)
We can not be silent while a fascist regime abuses and traffics our community members. Our resistance and plain existence have frightened the state so fiercly, that they resort to surveilling and kidnapping us. Use your power…
